This role reviews processes and develops production standards to ensure the timely movement of materials through the warehouse by improving productivity and throughput, space utilization, product slotting/profiling strategies, material flow, etc. This individual leads, executes, and coaches the operations team on continuous improvement initiatives.
| *Industrial Engineer bachelor’s degree (preferably).
*5 years of experience in the Maquiladora Industry (preferably) with knowledge in logistics and inventory control, Materials, warehouse and distribution management and personnel management experience.
